About OSi

When you walk in to OS Institute, you may not see exactly what makes us look different than some other training facilities, but when you see the way we do things, you will understand. We have a family oriented community feel in which our members care about one another and are there to support each other. Our coaching staff is serving up fun and playful movement programming for any age or ability. We help members press reset while they are here and have adopted a simplified perspective when it comes to training.

Whether the gym is really your thing or not, this is a place that people become hooked on and crave. They come here to feel better, and they get that here. People here know that it feels good to feel good. Our blend of small group training, private training, and special programming provides opportunity for people of all interests and ability to come together and find hope in movement.
