Benefits of Crawling:
Some of the best exercises you can do for yourself include bodyweight movements. Crawling is one of the most effective bodyweight exercises you can do as it utilizes so many different muscles at once, building much needed reflexive strength and stability. Once you have this reflexive strength and stability, life is so much more easily lived.
We use crawling with everyone. From professional athletes to 80 year old grandparents, and people suffering from neurological disabilities, to your average mom. The cool thing is that crawling is accessible for anyone and can help improve brain function which effects balance and coordination, to increase strength which improves posture, shoulder stability, core support, and can help rid of us some basic aches and pains.
