Join us for our 6 Week Thanksliving Challenge at OS Institute beginning on Monday, October 21st at 6:45pm.

This all inclusive health and fitness program will focus on 4 simple objectives over the course of the 4 weeks to help you feel more strong and able, and feeling better than ever.

We will focus on moving more (1) with the support of our coaching team and your fellow challengers, eating balanced meals (2) with our OSi Balanced Meal Formula, Take time for YOU Daily (3), Press reset (4).

The goals are to:

➤ Build superhero strength
➤ Boost your energy and endurance
➤ Improve your postural health and resiliency

The program is open to all ages, fitness levels, and body types.

  • 20 personal chef and dietician made meals from the team at The Fueling Edge
  • We've got a special deal worked out to get clean, challenge friendly, already prepared for you meals delivered right to OSI each week.

    You choose what you'd like to eat and pick up from OSi on Monday night or Tuesday morning.

    Each meal is prepared by a local, private chef and dietician and uses high end ingredients that fit with your nutritional needs.

I love doing these challenges with OSi! My body and mind are getting used to eating healthy, in return I feel better, less bloated with more energy. I feel confident, positive, happy, younger, stronger!

Ever since moving here 3 years ago (and commuting to Durham for work), I’ve struggled with having time/making it a priority to work out consistently. I joined other gyms in the past, but never went. Since I’ve started at OSI with this challenge, I’ve gone 3 times every week! I look forward to going and it no longer feels like a chore. I have more energy and crave sweets much less frequently!
