Join us for our 6 Week Thanksliving Challenge at OS Institute beginning on Sunday, October 14th.  Kick Off Meeting – Oct 10 7pm

This all inclusive health and fitness program will focus on 4 simple objectives over the course of the 6 weeks to help you approach the Holidays (a sometimes stressful/overwhelming – yet generally amazing time of year) strong and able, and feeling better than ever.

We will focus on moving more (1) with the support of our personal training team and your fellow challengers, eating balanced meals (2) with our OSi Balanced Meal Formula, Take time for YOU to give thanks daily (3), Press reset (4).

The goals are to:

➤ Boost your endurance
➤ Improve your postural health

The program is open to all ages, fitness levels, and body types.
