Dark Chocolate Bark

I have been trying to stay on track with nutrition, but sometimes I find it difficult to curb a sweet tooth. I love chocolate of all kinds. It calls to me. Especially chocolate and fruit or chocolate and peanut butter. Two of my favorite combos. This recipe is so versatile you can make it to your taste. I love simple recipes that require very little effort. The only ingredients you need are dark chocolate chips and freeze dried, dehydrated, or fresh fruit (or you can substitute peanut butter). Lay parchment paper on baking sheet. Melt chips in double boiler (if you don’t have one you can use microwave-stirring every 30 seconds, or place water in pot with stainless steel bowl on top to create a double boiler). If using fruits spread chocolate and then spread fruit on top. If using peanut butter layer chocolate, peanut butter, then chocolate. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chocolate is set. Break apart to enjoy.
