Get a jumpstart
with the Nutrition Fundamentals Course

This is a crash course where you’ll learn the importance of food, movement, and planning as part of a healthy, balanced, and active lifestyle.  We’ll dive into 3 distinct areas of focus (EAT, MOVE, & ORGANIZE) over the course of three 60 minute semi-private coaching sessions.

You’ll leave each session with new nutrition knowledge and strategies empowering you to make better decisions for nutrition and overall health. At the conclusion of the course, you will have built out a solid nutrition toolkit for you (and your family) to use daily! 

Hey! I’m Kat Entwistle

I worked in healthcare my entire career & began my fitness ‘side hustle’ back in 2020 after a neighbor introduced me to Original Strength Institute the year before. I was hooked after my first class & they’ve not been able to shake me since! I’ve been coaching clients since 2022 and launched my nutrition coaching business full time at the beginning of 2024!

A few fun facts about me:
🌟 I am always down for a road trip. 
🌟 I am an avid reader and collector of house plants (I have at least 100 house plants at home)
🌟 My favorite food is tacos. I’ve yet to meet a taco I didn’t like.
🌟 Fanny packs are a lifestyle, not a trend. I’ve been hands free since at least 2016. 
🌟 I believe that walking is the ‘secret sauce’ to a healthy lifestyle and encourage all my clients to create a walking habit. 
🌟 I believe that eating healthy & living well is possible with some lifestyle adjustments. If you can learn then you can change.
