Inspired by the transformative power of adventure and community, we’re excited to introduce the GRIT: Outdoor Adventure Training program at Original Strength Institute with outdoor enthusiast and nature lover, Coach Laura Meeks! This 12-week program, starting July 30th, is designed to prepare you for an exhilarating extended group hike this Fall.

Our semi-private sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 AM, with additional conditioning sessions based on individual schedules. The program will focus on building strength, stability, and endurance, ensuring you’re ready for the challenges ahead.
