Don’s been showing up at OSI for years, but in December 2024, he decided to take things to the next level. With the help of Coach Chris for personal training and Kat for nutrition coaching, he set out to fine-tune his habits, build more energy, and invest in long-term health.
No crash diets. No strict rules. Just a personalized plan and a commitment to doing the work.
Here’s what Don focused on:
- Consistently getting to the gym 3x a week

Prioritizing protein – at least 100g per day

Adding produce to every meal (1–2 cups!)

Drinking more water and staying hydrated throughout the day

Reducing alcohol

Packing lunches instead of eating out

Starting the day strong with a protein-forward breakfast
These small, doable changes helped Don stay on track through a busy season of life — including travel, family time, and becoming a first-time grandpa 🙌
