Chocolate Sea Salt Strawberry Roll Ups

As if the Chocolate Sea Salt RxBar isn’t already good enough we have just the thing to make it even sweeter! Try these chocolate sea salt strawberry roll ups. Store them in the fridge and you have the perfect bite sized protein-filled goodness!

Ingredients:

1 RxBar-Chocolate Sea Salt Bar

1-2 strawberries sliced

½ teaspoon fruit-sweetened jelly

1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes

 

 

 

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200
  2. Place your RxBar between two pieces of parchment paper in the oven for 4 minutes. It should soften
  3. Leave the in between both parchment sheets and roll out using a rolling pin
  4. Once rolled, place jelly on the bar and add strawberries, laying out evenly on the bar. Sprinkle with coconut.
  5. Starting at the shorter side, roll up and then slice into 5 even pieces
