This one time session is about 45 minutes long.  One off sessions are often for those looking to troubleshoot or work on lifting skills or test out personal training.

Our semi-private personal training sessions cater to small groups of up to 4-5 individuals, available throughout the year. Whether you’re following one of our structured flagship programs or training with friends or teammates, our sessions are designed to help you unlock your body’s full potential. 

Through a balanced mix of strength training, resets and conditioning, you’ll build a solid foundation of strength, health, and mobility. Our goal is to minimize the risk of injury while maximizing your efforts to develop lean, powerful muscles that function as well as they look in a more private setting allowing our coach to customize programming as needed. 

BUILD YOUR BODY

ONLINE COACHING.

Can’t come to class? Live 1000s of miles away? We can help you return to your Original Strength no matter where you live. If you are dedicated to moving your way towards your goals, we can help you Press Reset on your body and build the strength and health you were designed to have. 

We offer an online membership where we give you access to our video library of resets, strength training and our online community as well as run online coaching groups where we take you through some of our most popular training programs. We also offer one-on-one custom online coaching!
