Deck Squat and Push Up Mountain x 10 minutes
If You Reach 10 Reps Before The 10 Minutes Is
Up, Go Back Down (9,8,7…etc)
Walking Single Leg Dead Lift x 8 ea leg
Axis Crawl x 1 ea direction (slowly)
Repeat For 10 Minutes
