Quick Body Weight Workout

Here is a quick body weight workout.  You will be doing cross crawls, push ups, and squats.

Set a timer between 10-15 minutes depending on your fitness level and perform the following:

1A- Cross Crawls x 20

1B- Push Ups x 10

1C- Squats x 20

Keep repeating until time is up.  Then Cool Down!
